After making the F4 GT available globally, POCO is set to launch the vanilla model on June 23 globally as well. Photos of the upcoming flagship killer have surfaced already, and the F4 looks very similar to the Redmi K50 series, though its internals is close to the Redmi K40S.
We do know that the F4 will have up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and a Snapdragon 870 processor, and that it will use an E4 AMOLED panel with 100% DCI-P3 coverage and support for HDR10+. In addition to that, it will be a step up in the POCO line, as its 64-megapixel main camera will have OIS.
Other confirmed features so far include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a centrally-placed punch-hole, flat sides, IP53 rating, and LiquidCool 2.0.
POCO F4 Rumored Specs:
- Snapdragon 870 processor
- 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM
- 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage
- 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, 120hz refresh rate, 480hz touch sampling rate, support for HDR10+ and DCI-P3, 10-bit color
- 64-megapixel f/1.8 main camera with PDAF and OIS, 8-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera, 2-megapixel f/2.4 macro camera

- WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, side-mounted fingerprint scanner
- 4500mAh battery

Based on the information that POCO has shared so far, it seems that the only difference between the F4 and the Redmi K40S is the main camera. At least it will not be the case with the F4 GT where it was literally a rebadged Redmi K50 Gaming.
