As we expect realme to unveil the GT2 Explorer Master on July 12, the brand revealed the official design, which is said to take inspiration from travel trunks.
The design adds bumper guards to the edges of the realme GT2 Explorer Master, while the camera module is reminiscent of the GT Neo3 series, where you have one large camera on top, two smaller cameras below it, and an LED flash in between them. As for the colorway, the GT2 Explorer Master will have a beige back panel and dark gray frame and bumper guards.
The travel-inspired design stays consistent with how realme markets the GT Master series. Previously, realme took inspiration from travel suitcases with the GT Master.
A closer look at the phone’s design reveal flat sides, and the main camera is expected to be a 50-megapixel IMX 766 sensor with OIS. Making the GT2 Explorer Master special is that this will be realme’s first collaboration with Jae-Jun, who is a designer that has previously worked with The North Face and Ralph Lauren.
Rumored specs for the GT2 Explorer Master include a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, and a 5000mAh battery that supports 100w charging. However, like with the GT Neo3, realme might also announce a 150w charging variant for the GT2 Explorer Master.
