It has been a year since TECNO announced the Spark 8 Pro in India, and the brand updates its budget offering with the Spark 9 Pro in Africa. Despite using the same Helio G85 processor used in its predecessor, the Spark 9 Pro gets double the internal storage at 128GB, along with a slightly smaller 6.6-inch IPS display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 90hz refresh rate.
While the charging speeds for its 5000mAh battery are slower at just 18w, the Spark 9 Pro gets a high-resolution 32-megapixel selfie shooter. The rear camera setup has a pair of 2-megapixel cameras, while the main camera is upgraded to a 50-megapixel f/1.7 snapper.

TECNO did not reveal the price of the Spark 9 Pro, but we speculate it to have an under Php 8k price tag since the Spark 8 Pro retailed for around Php 7.3k when it became official in India last year.
