After the Kompanio 1300T was announced a few weeks ago, the first tablet using it goes official with the HONOR Tab V7 Pro. Being its premium offering, the Tab V7 Pro has a boxier design and an 11-inch LCD display with a 120hz refresh rate.

The Kompanio 1300T is a powerful processor that is manufactured using the 6nm process. Being widely based on the Dimensity 1200, the Kompanio 1300T utilizes Cortex-A78 and Cortex-A55 cores, along with a Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. The Tab V7 Pro can be configured with up to 8GB RAM, up to 256GB internal storage, and optional 5G connectivity.

The Tab V7 Pro gets a quad-speaker system with DTS:X Ultra, a dual-rear camera setup, a selfie snapper that is capable of Full HD video recording, and a 7250mAh battery with 22.5w charging. IT comes with Android 11-based MagicUI 5 out of the box, and will come with Google Mobile Services for global versions.

HONOR also positions the Tab V7 Pro as a productivity device with a Magic Pencil 2 stylus that has 4096 pressure points and 8ms latency and a magnetic keyboard case with a built-in trackpad and stylus holster.

The Tab V7 Pro starts at CNY 2599(~Php 20.3k) for the WiFi-only 6GB/128GB model and goes up to CNY 3699(~Php 28.9k) for the 5G-equipped 8GB/256GB variant. It will go on sale in China on August 19, and there is no word yet on global availability.
